DOMESTIC ABUSE SERVICE SUPPORT WORKER
COPE GALWAY DOMESTIC ABUSE SERVICE ? WORKING TO ENSURE WOMEN AND
CHILDREN CAN LIVE SAFELY IN A HOME OF THEIR OWN
This role provides a real opportunity to make a difference in the
lives of women and children living with abuse, and to shape how our
community and society view and address abuse in the family.
If you have experience in working in a Domestic Abuse service (minimum
two years), a relevant qualification and a commitment to our mission,
then we would like to hear from you.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* A minimum of two years? experience working in a Domestic Abuse
service
* Experience of key working/case management, including the drafting
and implementation of a care and support plan
* Experience of and a proven ability to work with a woman in a
strengths-based approach or model
* Strong ICT skills
HOURS OF WORK: The role will be shift work, including evenings and
nights, over a seven-day period, up to **Apply on the website** hours

CONTRACT: 1 year specific purpose contract
